Love your picture. Here in Chicago, all beaches, parks, golf courses, and trails are closed to the public. Homeless people are exempt from the stay in place requirement.
I cannot recall a society wide shut down like this. Perhaps the day of 9/11 and the day or two after. I didn’t feel then that everything could end and I certainly expected (bad as it is to admit) the United States to show whomever that there’s no attacking us on our soil. Yes, this mindset is unattractive to nin-Americans. To me too, but I still had it. Now, what to think, how to think?
