Anime+Inmates: REAL Reason Prisoners Released

The Supreme Court mandates that this group of Americans, and only this group, has the RIGHT to healthcare: inmates. States would be legally obligated to provide healthcare for their inmates before any other citizens. Perhaps the inmates would get the scarce ventilators while non-offenders died. Denying inmates healthcare is tantamount to cruel and unusual punishment. I wonder if that’s why people are being released and you can’t even volunteer to get arrested
