After the powers that be are through thinking about whether or not they should think about making amends to black people: When do I see a check?

I have my doubts about the feasibility and advisability of the country taking a national step to make it up to us. What is it? Slavery. No one alive participated. But hey, if they are passing out money (doubtful), I am not turning it down just like I accepted all three stimulus checks and a year and a half of unemployment for a job I worked for a month.
